So I always change up excersizes and every month I change up my entire routine...but...Ive always been high volume never tried anything else...and Ive always loved it....but im considering trying HIT next month for shits and giggles...so completely off the highvolume hitting every part 2wice a week with low sets high intensity...but im afraid it may hurt my ego lmao....Im going to feel like a wimp doing 12 sets per body part....it never worked when I was a gym newb and high volume has always been my way....I feel like mentally im going to fuck myself out of any results because of the low volume training it requires. Any feedback?
