Bruise on delt from injection

I have a bruise that looks faded, kind of yellowish in color I guess, on my delt. Last inject was like a week ago. Is this thing gonna go away or what?

Give it a couple days, maybe more. I've had one of those little bruises for up to 2 weeks. Most likely you hit a pretty good vein when you stuck and it bled a little internally.

Yes. Absolutely. They take a while to fade. No need to amputate.

yeah,,bruises take some time to go away sometimes.

You had a hematoma - bleeding from a vein underneath the skin. Yellow/brownish discoloration happens from breakdown of hemoglobin. It will go away but may take a few weeks. You WBCs (phagocytes) will gradually remove it.
