i used it in mild doseage to repair a knee injury and ended up gaining 22 solid pounds that i have kept...no sides either...excellent choice if you ask me.eat clean...but eat like a mother and you will grow.

Thanks for the replys Yes I do have a choice between ttokkyo and brovel the ttokkyo is running through me rite now but the brovel is pritty cheap for my prices just thought I would see what you guys had to say about it theres alot of knowlege on this board just tring to use some of it Thanks
