hello brothers gonna finish 7 weks Of SUS 250 PER WEEK and started with whinny tabs ,now after 3 weeks was planning the PCT with clomid but the confusion is that some say to use nolvadex,so
I would like to know why nolva ,how much a day and foe how many weeks and will it keep my gains and bring my testos back????

Clomid Day 1: 300mg
Day 2-12: 100mg
Day 3- 35: 50mg

Nolva Day 1-35: 20mg

Bro not to flame you or anything but this question and others like it are posted all the time on here. There is a very good sticky article on PCT called "POST CYCLE RECOVERY:..............RADAR'S STICKEY". Read through that and if that does not answer all of the questions that you have about PCT then post back here with what you specifically don't understand and let the guys help you out. There is just to much great information in that article to keep posting over and over. Good luck.
