Brothers Anavar Only Cycle.....UPDATE

Hi. My Brother has started an Anavar Only Cycle. I thought I would post his progress for anyone interested. I will only update weekly strength gains since he is eating/training for max strength.

I would post his final weight at end of the cycle, which maybe in 6-12 weeks depending on how long he continues to make progress.

He is not adding any creatine since he (actually its me) wants to see how good anavar is by itself. Hopefully his results will help me decide on my anavay cycle dosages & duration. He is my guinea pig. Hey, why else are big brothers for.

Stats:

Height: 5 feet, 11 inch
Weight: 13 stones
Age: 21
BF: Not measured but probably 12-16%.


History:

Has done 2 previous cycles. Both consisted of dbol (30mg/day), deca (400mg) and sus(500mg/week). Last cycle was 4 months ago.

He gained a total of 2 stones from both cycles.


Lifts:

Bench Press: 90kg x 2
Leg Press: 390kg x 7 (seems really impressive, but its coz
off the machine)
Lat-Pull-Down: 75kg x 2
French Press: 45kg x 2
Bicep Curl: 50kg x 3


Diet:

During cycle he will consume ~4000 kcals & 300g of protein per day


Cycle:

30mg/day of the Spanish Generic Anavar.


Supplements:

Protein drinks, weight gainers and vitamins.
 
SUNDAY, END OF WEEK 2

Felt great pumps during workouts.

Woke up in the mornings with a very dry mouth.

Noticed very fast rovery. Within 24 hours after workout.

He thinks he has lost some fat, but I dont agree.

Strength gains have started to kick-in.

Bench Press: 90kg x 3
Leg Press: 390kg x 12
Lat-Pull-Down: 75kg x 3
French Press: 45kg x 7
Bicep Curl: 50kg x 3

I will update again at end of week 3.
 
You're not really isolating anything by trying the Var without creatine, just limited size and strength gains. The way Var works, and one of the most beneficial things about it, especially alone, is how it works with high dosages of creatine. Do your Bro a favor and put him on 20-40g /day starting tomorrow.
 
Lat pulldown 75kg for two reps? WTF? He has done two cycles before and pulls down 75kg for two reps? I don´t mean to offend you or your brother but those lifts are a joke.
Every soccer player can easily perform two reps with 75 kilogramms, he´s obviously doing something terribly wrong.
