I ran out of 23ga 1.5" pins I have some on order but wont be here until next week. Can I go to the local rite aid or cvs and pick up a couple? I am in Maryland.

Call & ask. If there is a local farm & fleet store(or related), then you could try there.
More than likely I would think. But GPZ usually gets them to me in 2-3 days (and I'm in CA

I don't know what state you are in..but you can't in NC. I tried. But if you are looking for 1 injection. you can go to your local Southern staes or farm supply and buy sterile pins and syringes. 23g is the smallest that they have...They are a little more pricey than what you get off of the net...but the are sharp and work fine. hehehe...My nurse was not at home and she had all of my pins, so I checked into it and .....anyway, it worked.
