And you know that was a bullshit pass interference call.....

Honestly, I didn't see it. I can only watch the play by play on NFL.com right now 'cause i'm at work.

But seriously, like I said to MM, EVERY team and EVERY fan can say they've been routed by the refs. It's just part of the game.

I must have missed it, I was polishing my knob like you told me to.

At least someone around here listens.....

And how could ya'll miss that?? How you think Denver got those 7 points??

thye have to have "conclusive" evidence to overturn the call on the field
they don't

karmic payback for the Pat's win against the Raiders
the Raiders won that game

how long did it even take the announcers to say it may be a touchback?
i said it as soon as he fumbled it
i think they said it after someone whispered it in their ear
sort of like the seattle game today when hassleback pump faked and threw the ball into the ground the announcers kept yelling fumble i told klu thats an incomplete pass
they didnt even think about that till the refs said a minute after the play was over that the pass was incomplete
sometimes i wonder if these guys know the rules

Maybe you should apply to become an announcer.

That is impressive as hell the Tight end caught him.
on par with the seattle linebacker defending as far back as the endzone(~50 yards) on a WR to break up a pass

It should of been Pats ball going the other way after the ball went out. Period.

After the ball went out? It was not FACT that the ball went out.

Nothing was conclusive, hence the reason why the call remained.

Hammy is my ref, those guys on the field are blind

too close to call, they really need a camera set up above the goal line somehow, would make for some good replays

I was just about to post this. I'm glad I read through the thread before someone screamed repost.

I still remember yelling at the t.v. over that one.

according to the rules at that time the pats won the game, brady didnt fumble it according to the rules, they made the correct call
now the rules have changed because of that call
its not the first time rules have been changed because of a playoff call
same thing happened in the bucs/rams nfc championship game when the refs waved off a buc reception at the end of the game
the next year they changed the rules on what a catch is
i also wouldnt doubt they change the rules on what a td catch is now because of the call at the end of the bucs/skins game

i agree next year they are gonna consider using the ground to catch the ball is a catch...

pats are going down.

he had 2 feet down and his knee was down and he had the ball, after that he dropped it, if that had been anywhere on the field of play they would of called it a fumble
