bromocriptine experts please!

I have been taking bromo for a week now on my cutting cycle for appetite suppression, for which it is great. For a couple of days I got up to 5mg, and proceeded to feel LIKE TOTAL shit for the next few hours (pounding headaches, just want to lay down). I am now decreasing back to 2.5mg.

I have been taking it in the morning and I then immediately go to workout; but, I have been feeling like total shit in the gym and can't do anything productive (I can't concentrate enough to even get a pump). Am I taking it at the wrong time (just before workout) or under the wrong conditions (empty stomach)? Can you please aid me in solving this dilemma? When do you take it and when do you workout?

I don't use it for to supress my appetite. I use it for prolactin if a problem arises. I find that if I run it for a week I feel like shit for the first day but I am fine for the rest of the week. I am sure you can find a less harsh drug for supressing your appetite. I usually take mine before bed.
 
try taking less and take it at night before bed.. it has a relatively long half life about 3hrs.. sufficient for appetite suppression.. if you need another dose take AFTER you work out.

try 1/4 tab..

btw- while its half life is not real long.. the appetite effects are usually maintanable with once daily dosing at 1/4 tab..

only increase dose if not getting the effects you desire..
