Bromocriptine Experience and Results

I have been on bromocriptine for a week now and here is what I’m experiencing

1.25 mg twice ED

1. Very noticeable increase in testicle size. (balls dropped down)
2. Increase sex drive
3. Stuffy nose
4. Constipation in the beginning but has gone away.
5. Slight decrease in Gyno (hard tissue)
6. Fatigue
7. BP 105/60 normally 115/70
8. Deep sleep
9. Morning Wood.
10. I seem to want to look at internet porn more than normal

I’m cutting back to 1.25 ED taken just in evening

I don't think #10 could even be possible for me. ...seeing as how I already want to look at it 100% of the time.

Great info! I've heard that there can be some bad sides but I'm not sure if I've ever seen them listed.

Wouldn't that be kind of psychologically dangerous to mess with your dopamine levels? Specifically, isn't there a risk of inducing psychosis?

No. Only if you are adding synthetic Dopamine to your system (i.e. L-dopa). In this case you are not. The drug itself does have some bad sides at higher doses but that is not because if the increase inter-synaptic dopamine. At does of 2.5mg ED and under the sides are very minor. In my opinion this drug is best for prolactin and not from improving dopamine function in healthy individuals. Deprenyl is much better. In fact I’m giving this stuff about 7 more days than I’m going back to Deprenyl. I felt much better on Deprenyl.

Well, I stopped the Bromo on Friday. Here is my take on Bromocriptine.

It does not make you feel to good. I was tried and my complexion went to shit on it. Kind of pale and grey. It did increase my sex drive and my balls grew significantly. All in all this is not a drug that one could take for any length of time. I was on it for one week and I feel 100% better today than I felt on Friday.

I would recommend it in cases of Gyno during and post cycle when using Tren or Deca. Meaning if you nipples get sore or you start to get gyno in may be a good tool. It works fast, about three days for me. Although I do not have any blood work to back this up, I’m sure it reduced my prolactin significantly given the increase in the size of my balls and my sex drive. I do not think the drug is very good good for you given the way it made me feel but still it may be a useful tool in some cases. Just may take on how it worked for me.

I tried to work up to taking 5mg a day and it made me too sick to use.
I would puke if I ate anything and the headaches were amazingly bad.
it made me so tired all the time that I was nervous to drive, and I got dizzy in the mornings and evenings.

and within 2 days of stopping the bromo all the sides went away.

Not as much nor a quickly but it does help overtime. How is the bromo going for you? If you have not started don't be discouraged by my post. Everybody reacts differently. Give it a try for a few days at 1.25 and see how you feel. I just got really fatigued, you may not have the same problems as I did.
