Within a few months I will be benching my bw, 145. I did a set of 10 reps with 110 the other day so I'm getting close. That's a serious milestone for a woman you know. :)
 
1st attempt 265, 2nd 285 and HOPEFULLY 305 depending on how today goes

If you benched 110x10, you can probably get 145x1.
 
I warm up with 315 on bench with an easy set of 15 or so. I'm trying for a pr of 8 with 405, previous is 6.

For all you dead freaks, a woman at my gym deads 385 so you guys need to get serious you bunch of pansies.
 
yeah 110x10 is an easy 145. you should be able to get that no problem.

rev have you put up 300 before?
 
I had to put on some fat to get it though. I weigh 245 and would look a lot better at 235, but i would lose strength.
