I recently really injured my wrist and am finally getting it check out tomorrow. I have HGH ordered and should be in soon. I have not been in the gym because it hurts so bad to do anything and was going to wait to take the GH until I was completely healed... but what about the GH? You think it might be good to start it right away to help heal the wrist and get me going again? Or should I was until I am healed naturally and then hit the gym and start GH then?
