Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below I think I broke a blood vessel in my arm doing a Bi injection. I injected on top of my Bicept, the area where I injected is completly painless. However, the lower half of my arm in the medial tricep area and apast my elbow, maybe 1/4 the ways down my forearm is affected. My arm is a deep purple in 1/2 the area and red and swollen on the other half, and its a bit sore sore to the touch. I was thinking of going to the doctors, but then I was thinking what is he really going to do. I am going on day 4, for the first 3 days it got progressively worse, but it hasnt changed today.

usually the third day is the worse but It will take about a week and half to heal as far a the soreness but the bruise will be there like for two weeks, I don't think you have to go to the doc just take aspirins before you go to bed and will feel little by little ok day after day. ouchhh! I know what you are going through right now bro it really sucks, it's going to even affect your workout too. what did you inject and how much though?

man that's a lot for me I do 1cc per arm and I do just fine, I like to shoot eod or ed of 1cc's to split it off over the week or sometimes I get one in my delt and another one on my butt per day but it's much easier for me, right now i'm on 500/wk of test and 400/wk of eq i'm doing a 20 weeker cycle though. Good Luck bro don't forget to take your aspirins before bed that would help.
