hey what's up people...I haven't posted here in awhile( even when I did it was only like 4 posts )

anyway, to the topic.. :)

as the topic says I'm very broke right about now, I just land a job at a public library and the pay is do do, about $68 a week( but the only thing I can find right about now ) and with college bills,etc,etc.. I don't have much money for anything.

stats I'll, 18.5%body fat.

now even though I'm at 18.5% body fat I'm thinking about going on a bulking diet( yes, I know I should be going on a cutting diet ) but anyway I was figuring bulking food would be cheaper( in my case anyway, if you add the fact that my parents only buy that type of food , which would save me money ). I mean eating six times a day is too much $$$$ at my current salary :)

I think I could easily pick up some of the required calories from milk .

I think I would try to stay on the diet for about 2 months( no more since I'm already at 18.5% ) and then try a CkD( that's if I find a better job to provide me with the funds to eat at least 6 times a day and all that carb up food on the weekends ). or something..
( O, I know some of you may say," Tuna is cheap, etc, etc" sorry but I'm allergic to all SEAFOOD....too bad for me

what do you all think?

note: if you have nothing helpful to say, you can keep your comments to yourself..LoL

Eggs = VERY CHEAP source of protein

Oatmeal = VERY CHEAP source of complex carbs

Veggies/Fruits = frozen or fresh buy what is on sale

I am all about THE SALE. :D

I would recommend cutting before you go a bulking cycle at your current bf%. I've always felt that after a diet my body is primed to put on some quality muscle. I would also highly recommend keeping a food log so you know exactly what you're eating and can make the needed adjustments. Bikinimom is right on with her suggestions and you can get cheap protein powder from the protein factory.
