Hey guys.
Im currently trying to cut up, and i am on the high protein/low carb diet. I have a question: How much carbs are in 1 big piece of broccolli? Im re-evalutating my diet, and i am trying to keep my carb under 60 grams a day. I consume an apple or bannana after my workout for my carb, and i was wondering if it was ok to have broclli as my source of carbs for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Also, is there such a thing as to much brocolli? I have recenetly been eating like 4 pieces at lunch and dinner. Thanks for the help.
