I wanted to take a short break from lifting...and stopped about 4 weeks ago. Since, I've been running almost every other day and doing push-ups and sit-ups in between.
Almost 2 weeks ago my bones started feeling like they were going to shatter while doing push-ups. My collar bone feels like its going to split in two...my forearms..etc... they all feel like they're going to snap...and my joints feel super dry. Any suggestions?
