I don't think the article is implying that she had all that surgery - it is saying what is needed to go from something else to that.

it actually isn't that much considering how many points they have there - not that I have that to shell out, but if I had to guess at how much a total body would be, I would have thought at least 5 times that figure.
goes to show I know nothing about surgery. or plumbing.
