Their website says something about not making any more products after December of 06. but they also say they are pairing up with another manufacture. Bit confussed. If anyone knows any info or has an insight it would be helpful pretty curious since i love their gear.

I believe one of the founders has retired. Maybe he'll do some consulting here and there, as his input would certainly has a high market value. I'm not sure what the other founder is doing. The current majority owner of the company (who also owns the factory) will now be producing a new line of licenced, human-grade anabolics.

I heard there were a lot of BD fakes going around right now. Any truth to that?
I haven't heard about any fakes, but if you suspect any gear you may have gotten, especially since there is a shortage in stock, gearpictures.com is a good site to check validity, and so is the britishdragon site for verifing official gear.

British dragon product will continue to thrive, those other sites selling it will and are being shut down as we speak.

A couple BD suppliers I know (literally 2 of them) are discontinuing it at New Year's but both are replacing it with a "secret" lab to be announced around xmas or shortly thereafter.

a trademark on an illegal product is pretty worthless, would be interested to see someone try to enforce that outside of thailand. Will have to say does take a certain amount of moxie though to even file papers to that extent.
would not be surprised to see a british dragon label coming out of china or russia. Though perhaps it will just die. there will be dozens of labs out there to take their place. from russia, china and thailand.
whats really unfortunate here is the customer's situation, as this development will cause more problems for them than anyone. Its hard enough having to worry about fakes, low grade product, etc.. without legitimate sources and labs bickering and casting doubt on product.

The major problem i see is the brand name. As macro rightly says IMHO how would you get a licence for a product like Tri Tren in any Country that part of the drama does make me laugh i must admit. The problem is that if the new factory does start to produce under the Brit Dragon name and the originators (part or both) decide to continue then you have a conflict of quality control etc etc which IMHO is not a legal issue as we must remeber we are discussing an UG lab here.
I really do defy any authority issueing a genuine licence for products such as Tren 200, Tri tren etc that part really does nto ring true to me.
Anyway i have no wish to add to the drama just my thoughts and really think we will have to wait and see what happens

The current owner of BD will indeed continue...although he will be producing a totally new brand. The BD name and brand is finished for now. The new brand will have a UNIQUE INDENTIFICATION SERIAL number that will be make it possible to check on internet. Also when the customer checks the number, it will display how many times it was checked and also the date of production. This, plus several other measures, will make it virtually impossible to counterfeit.

If all of those measures are implemented, then I would welcome their entrance to the marketplace.

Totaly agree with this. BD did not stand the overwealming power of US domestic underground mega good and mega CHEAP competition. US must be the biggest market for this brand who has the merit of good labels. holograms and professional look that has been imitated by other domestic brands of UG gear. I was never impressed with the BD quality because since ages the brand has been plagued with low results on lab tests and ridiculous high prices. American people is not stupid: no reason for stand risks for seizures when you buy super expensive overseas gear... I value the honesty and efficiency of the two souces i used for getting some BD, but if they where partners or owners of BD they better come with something new and REMAILERS at this side of the ocean...

Sounds like a bunch of horse shit. It would be nice to hear from the partners that created this mess. I see and read the accusations between the two rival suppliers or questionable new owners (who the hell knows) on several boards but nothing from the guys that seem to have created this whole mess. Seems to me they could solve this dispute really quick. Seems really stupid to me to sell parts of a company such as this because this is what happens.

As far as i know if the seller is registered on their approved list from the website www.britishdragon.com their products are legit. I think there was only 1 distributor involved so if he / she is not on their approved list then i would be concerned. If they are not then i wouldbe happy i had 100% legit.
Lets not forget BD were producing far before this drama started with the new lab so why is everyone assuming all is now fake? Do you all know something i don't as i am still using their products as i was 2 weeks ago before all this
