Brisk walk vs. jogging.

Before I injured my knee I used to jog for 25 min, now I do brisk walks for 35-40 min. I am wondering if the benefits of brisk walk vs jog are the same .

Moving your body a given distance requires the same calories no matter how you do it. It just takes less time the faster you move and there is some post-excersise benefit to getting your HR up.

I've heard this fact over and over - that walking is the most efficient method of transport, and requires least calories...
