Bringing amps on a plane

I've got 8 amps I want to bring with me on a plane. How can I sneak it on? Is it best to put in my check-in luggage under the plane? Or should I carry it on in my carry-on? Will it show up on the X-ray machine in my carry-on?

I always put anything illegal in my checked baggage under the plane. As long as ur not flying international you should not have a problem with security opening those bags. Take them and putem in a mostly full shampoo bottle(not a clear one). That should take the fear of them braking away. A tooth paste bottle works best it all depends on the width of the amps and the tooth paste tube.

If you think about it how many time have you seen the brainless security guys digging through peoples carry-on's while your going through the metal detectors? A hell of a lot right!

yea i've carried on bags with gear in them..went through the x-ray shiznit and wasn't sweating it, what are they going to do, take it in for a quick drug test. Just hide it in something, it's REALLY not a big deal at all, wouldn't matter if you checked it in or carried it, you'll get by fine.

I would just put them in your wash bag but in your main luggage. If they do x-ray it it will just look like toiletries or perfume or some other innocuous shit.

eight ams shoud be easy to hide..its a piece of cake on domestic flight ..they see 2 or 3 10ml amps through the exray they could think its colone or somthin...but the last few times i flew internationally the went through ALL my bags especialy comming back to the stated. just lookin out man!

Hmmmm. It depends, if the x ray it and see stuff inside other stuff they'll get suspicous. But if they just search the bag they shouldnt find them. However the'll find loose ones quickly.

Concealing them is a bad idea. Especially a shampoo bottle...jesus christ, if they search it and pick it up they will know something is up based on the weight and feel of the item. Saw a guy get arrested for that at an airport, he was travelling with some gear.
