Bridging ?

Hi.
Is it advisable?
for the guys that have done it, how much did you take and what kind and for how long?

You probably don't want to run year round and are looking for a dbol or anavar bridge. The way to do it is to take 5-10mg when you wake up, because That's when your test levels are highest and you can kindof trick your body. I have thought about doing this w/ test suspension (getting some agroviron and running a little in the morning). In the end I decided the best thing to do in between cycles would be something that doesn't affect your HPTA like IGF (and a little proviron).
 
Bridging is a bad idea. Your HTPA will not recover no matter when or how much you bridge with. Bridging will eventually lead to a lifelong dependency, which is OK by some, but too expensive for me. I don't believe in TIME OFF=TIME ON because I recover extremely fast from about anything ... but it is a good general rule to follow.
