I am new to this board, but not to the game......but any suggestions would be appreciated!!
Maybe the term Bridge isn't right. I have a tendency to not hold my gains too much after a cycle. It should not be from my diet or training, but I usually only cycle twice a year. I really want to make some difference in my physique this winter, so I was thinking of following my cycle with the Deca.......(maybe this is just an excuse for not coming off).
Do you guys think I would be better putting the deca into the cycle I am currently running or doing what I am thinking. I am only 2 weeks into my current cycle so I could do the 400mgs for the next 7 weeks or so........or should I wait and run 2 cycles back to back.
