bridging with d-bol

im planning on bridging with d-bol after my next cycle since anavar and primo are too expensive. i have 100 10mg pink thais. is it best to take 10mg right when u wake up or 1 hour before u work out in the afternoon. i have heard btoh of these and i would think that the morning would be better since your test levels are highest then and that would enable you to bounce back to normal levels later in the day. also,would i need to use clomid while doing this? if i can get by without it i would rather do so b/c i dont like staying on clomid. is 10mg too much or too little of a dose? keep in mind this is a bridge and the only goal is to maintain size and perhaps put on a few lbs every month or so afterwards. thanks for any info you can provide me. lata,juice17
 
Dbol will only continue to keep your body shut down no matter how/when you take it during the day, as there is no way your body can bounce back that quickly after a cycle. You'd be better doing an extra long cycle or splitting it into two instead of trying to bridge with Dbol.
 
i am talking about after clomid therapy i will begin the d-bol. 10mgs first thing in the morning is said to be okay b/c your test levels are highest in the morning and your body will adjust to it. d-bol peaks in 4 hours thus enabling your body to have 20 hours to recuperate. i have heard of many people on this board doing it successfully. the d-bol also helps with protein synthesis which is another plus. people usually are taking clomid at the same time of d-bol but i am asking could i get away with taking 10mg around 6-7 am in the morning and not be taking clomid and still not have my hpta shutdown. someone who has had experience with bridging d-bol, please answer my question.
 
this method may or may not work at restoring your test levels fully. i would go off completely to make sure my body completely cleans out and to let my receptors become fresh. as for the 20 hours u have to recuperate. more like 15 hours. if that. u see the half life of d-bol is around 4.5 hours. meaning only half is used up in the system. that still leaves another 4.5 for half of that to be eliminated. as well as half of that other half, and so forth. yeah the clomid would help, but u would be better off going off completley to allow your system a chance to fully recuperate. i know i may get flamed by alot of the hardcore bodybuilders in this board who never go off. its just my opinion.
 
but even after clomid therapy, your body is still recovering. Taking Dbol will hinder this recovery, even if you use the method you describe. You could give it a shot to see how it works for you, but be prepared for a long recovery phase.
 
no don't do it

Don't try to bridge with dbol. Save it for your next cycle. You probably won't hurt yourself one time, but if you do that all the time you will definitely fuck yourself up.
