Bridging vs time off??

Bridging between cycles vs time off??

I've been trying to find the logic behind bridging and going into another cycle rather than just going off to recoop. Maybe I'm missing something, wouldn't this put your body in arms way for it seems a bit risky? Can someone shed some light on this bridging thing?

I've never done a bridge nor am I a big fan. I believe that you need to let you body recover after a cycle.
I have however read a little doing a dbol bridge. This calls for aprox 10mg right after you wake up. This will ride your body's own testosterone spike
without shutting you down. Don't know if that's accurate or not, nor do I know enough to start giving advise on the subject. Just passing on what I've heard.

depends on the reason for the bridge. IN my case, I am way over my natural genetic limit, so if I come off, I lose size, so bridging is needed to maintain. I do believe that the longer you have the extra size, the easier it is to maintain it.
So lets just say my genetic limit was around 180lbs. If after several cycles I hit 220lbs, thats 40lbs over, and it will be very tough to keep without steroids. But lets say that I continue to run cycles, and either stay at that weight for years, or get to say 250lbs. Since my body is used to that extra size, or even the extra 30lbs on top of that, then maintaining 220lbs would be much easier
Most guys I see bridging though are no where large enough to warrant it
