Do they finance those things or what? Even if they do Im not even sure we could get approved because we have allot financed right now. Any suggestions?

Check out sites like implantinfo.com & implantforum.com for general info on implants. Most surgeons have a finance plan of some sort. I would recommend talking to at least a few doctors - make sure to get good solid references preferably from someone who has had surgery w/ them - or there are some that are recommended on the sites I listed. But go & talk to them - often there's a consultation fee of $50 or something so I guess you need to be judicious in talking w/ different surgeons but you need to be 1) comfortable w/ the doc, 2) trust the doc, 3) get good referrals for the guy & 4) do a solid background check on him as far as malpractice claims, etc. (this is all discussed on implantinfo.com).
But whe you talk to them, they can tell you prices & payment options. It is a surgery and you need to pay attention to who the surgeon is and what you should expect - take the same level of precaution in locating a suitable doc just as you would for any other invasive procedure.
