I am on prop and tren, same mg`s as last year, only 650mg total. Was 212 last summer at 9% body fat, I am five weeks into my current cycle, but spent the first four weeks dieting only only 2000 calories per day to get my bf levels down. I am happy to lean bulk now at 9% body fat for the next 6 weeks.
My Q is... I am currently 212 now, exactly the same as last summer, at the saem body fat hence I havent gained a lb of muscle in a whole 12 months! However after dieting for five weeks and now I am back to eating 4500 cals a day and strength is 5% up on last summer is it just a waiting game until i break thru the 212 mark and go up to 215ish or is it possibly to stay at 212 but get stronger at the same weight without gaining additional muscle mass?
