breaking thru old barriers..

I am on prop and tren, same mg`s as last year, only 650mg total. Was 212 last summer at 9% body fat, I am five weeks into my current cycle, but spent the first four weeks dieting only only 2000 calories per day to get my bf levels down. I am happy to lean bulk now at 9% body fat for the next 6 weeks.

My Q is... I am currently 212 now, exactly the same as last summer, at the saem body fat hence I havent gained a lb of muscle in a whole 12 months! However after dieting for five weeks and now I am back to eating 4500 cals a day and strength is 5% up on last summer is it just a waiting game until i break thru the 212 mark and go up to 215ish or is it possibly to stay at 212 but get stronger at the same weight without gaining additional muscle mass?
 
The scale is a poor indicator of progress , i'd use the mirror instead .

I hover in around the 245 lb mark at 5' 10 " an no one really pays alot of attention to that , but if i cut down to 210 or 215 people start asking if i'm juicing and heads turn in the gym by the ladies way more often ......

So the moral of the story is how your looking body shape wise, not what the scale says you weigh .
