Click to expand... my breakfast when bulking wake up, go get a protein drink (like myoplex) down it, take shower, then eat either: steak n eggs ground turkey n eggs burger meat n eggs when i was tired of eggs i would make a few batches of hamburger helper and then eat some every mornin' and not have to cook
