i usually just put some dbols in a bowl and eat up....nah jk...Total is good, but kind of expensive (as all cereal)...best would be oatmeal and some toast, then again i like to carb up in the morning for the day...
I love my cereal mixed with a protein shake for breakfast. Healthy, tasty and loaded with proteins. I don't buy boxed, but from stores like Henry's, sell them in those big buckets by the pound. Multi-grain and natural granola are my favorites.
Oatmeal is great just add cut up strawberries or any other type of fruit .
Oatmeal takes no time to cook in the microwave.
Cold cereals are all right .
But remember you still need a big dose of protein .
50-75 grams would be ideal for your first meal after fasting all night.
raw egg whites. Ridiculously easy and fast form of protein once you get used to the taste, which you do. I mix 4 whites with halve pint of milk and grab 2 handfuls of raisons, seems to sort me out for the day.
