Break Out!

Does anyone have any secrets to getting rid of any break outs on your back? I have a two or three large zitts on my back but no little ones. I never have had any problems with acne but recently got a few big ones. Help a brother out!

I never get any acnie but once I got ON I noticed some. I used a little gold bond powder after every shower and they went away.

If it started and you havent had problems before then you can bet that it isnt going to be stopping anytime soon.

Shower twice a day, keep clean at all times. Change your sheets and clothes regularly. By an anti bacterial shower cream, get some cream for after you shower and use some talc after you have done the cream.

You might want to try B-5 and going to a tanning booth regularly while on.

Thanks for the quick replies. I heard the gold bond works well, so I will try that and I am off to the tanning bed soon as well. Thanks bros.

I had some acne as a teen, so I'm extra careful. I use the antibacterial soap (dial) and get my GF to wash my back. Then I apply a 10% benzoil peroxide cream. This will kill the bacteria before it gets started. I have had no problems following this plan.

I've never happened problem with acne, but when i got "on" it started breaking out on my back and shoulder. After i finished my cycle, i went to the beach and got really sun burned; well after the skin peeled my acne went away and hasn't come back since. Later.

Try Phisoderm. It works great, and you can get it at a drug store. Tanning beds help a lot
