I am new to your board and just want to tell everyone that I enjoy reading all of your advice. I would like a little advice of my own. I am getting ready to start a cycle of 8 weeks of dbol starting with 3 tabs and increasing to 8 and back down to 3. I am stacking it with Test Enathate going from 1cc to 3cc and back down to 1cc. I have clomid to take when I get off. My workout consist of 1 body part a day once a week. I usually do about 16 sets but if I feel good I will do more. I hit calves and abs 3 times a week, cardio 3 times a week for 30mins, and forearms 2 times a week. Please feel free to give me any suggestions. Also I am a sports nutritionist and do research on nutrition in steroid use so if you have any questions feel free to contact me.

Welcome. People tend not to pyramid like that anymore. You could just pick a dosage and stick with it. I don't think you need to front load the enanthate, but you could take more in your first 2 doses then keep it constant.
So, you could go with 30 mg of dbol for 6 weeks and 2 cc of enanthate for 8 weeks.
You should have nolvadex on hand and clomid for post cycle.
 
Welcome bro!!! I agree with Bill, find the dosage you intend to take and stay with it. Pyramiding is not the best way to go!!! The amounts Bill laid out above are a good start... Is this your first cycle?

Wussup buddy glad to see someone new to the family. Definately stay on on dosage throughout as stated above. Also add arimidex or liquidex to your stack. This will allow u to stay hard and prevent excess aromitizing. Good luck! :fro:
 
I appreciate the responses. I do what Bill said. I will try to find some Nolvadex. But any suggestions on the workout? I have not been able to find airimidex or liquidex will it make a big difference? This is my second cycle, for the first I just used one bottle of cyp.

Personally, you're probably fine with the nolvadex instead of the arimidex, though if you can afford it, its worth it. You're workout stuff looks good. You might want to cut out the cardio completely during this cycle, as I think it can hinder gains. Make sure your protein and calorie levels are high and you should be golden. The cardio is a personal choice, but I would bet that most shy away with a cycle such as yours.
 
i agree with bill, if your planning to bulk (which by your cycle it appears that way) i would stay away from cardio, also you may not need 16 sets for small body parts, it is possible to overtrain while on as, maybe bump down to 10-12 sets for tri's bi's, as long as the sets are intense it should suffice, other than that good luck, and blast the shit out of your body!
