BP higher or lower after fasting???

I gotta go to the Doc in the morning over an accident w/my hand. I know my BP is elevated due to my cycle and they always make a big deal over even slightly elevated BP.

So I was wondering if BP is affected the same way as a Bloodtest. Since your Base #'s are lower after fasting in a Bloodtest...Is the same true with your BP?
