Well, I can say that Boxing makes my lats sore... I did a really light back workout today... consisting of basically Bar Rows, 2 trap exercises and some high face rope pulls. Then I hit some biceps just standing db and hammer curls... then I hit the bag for about 45 minutes or so...
It makes my lats sore, and it makes the pad of my hand... right at the base of my thumb sore too... like... I'm clinching hard or something? My shoulders get that "my rotator cuffs are hurting" feeling while I'm throwing... but really have no pain afterward.
All in all, I'm looking forward to my fight... and a good way to get some good cardio in the future that isn't like running on a treadmill, but actually hitting something!
