bought (nizoral 2%,minoxidil 2%)

im on winny 50 mg/day,just finished some fina,how should i use this,my hair is starting to thin. It says to use the nizoral 2xweek,should i use it more since im not using it for dandruff.and should i be treating with minoxidil at the same time?
