ITS AWESOME!! i love it!!
fairly new to the bodybuilding/looking good scene.... Im 6'2'' 242lbs....im over weight, i know. but i carry my weight well (so im told), i dont look like a complete slob. lol.
Im not SUPER into my diet. although monday was my first day of paying attention to what i eat, im concentrating on foods with high protein, fiber, and all that, with low sodium, sugar, fat, carbs ect.
monday was also my first day "working out". it consisted of 45 minutes of cardio. today was about 35 minutes of cardio...and about 30 minutes on the weights (not super heavy but enuff to feel it after my 3 sets of 10)
2 questions is....
-AM I ON THE RIGHT TRACK WITH ALL OF THIS?
-HOW SHOULD I BE TAKING MY STAK?
keep in mind i hit the gym at night, about 8pm
my goal is to lose about 40lbs. and to gain a decent amount of muscle.
be easy on the NEWB!!!
