Bottom feeding investment strategy

Does anyone else on here buy stocks in companies that are down? I recently added Kmart and Worldcom to my portfolio. If only I could get my hands on some Enron shares.... But seriously, I like doing this. It's sort of like betting $2 on the horse with 99 to 1 odds.

I bought lu when it was low and ended up with some stock in another company in addition to my shares. It works if the company doesnt go bankrupt chapter 7..Think of holding it for 2 years min. Nobody wins in the short term, it gets to ya one way or another...Slow and Steady Wins the race...

Kmart will never make it out of bankruptcy.....
