Anyone know of any raves in the boston area coming up soon? I know about the one in Fitchburg on the 7th. Anyone know of any more? I haven't been to a rave since the one last year in Fitchburg!

dont know about raves, but there was an after hour cruise this past fri with 10 djs - 3 floors, gambeling and booze. pretty sik. Mike Macluso(the final chapter) was spinning as well. The roxy is fun on Sat nights.I likeAria(across the street)onFriday nights-nasty dj's. Venu-also in Chinatown, is off the hook on Thursdays. Waterworks sundays and Tia's on the water whenever youfeel like getting fucked up!

I use to be a Roxy guy myself but have faded away from that a bit. Back in my hard core clubbing days I would try to hit up Avalon and Roxy in the same weekend and possibly Venu, Aria, Pravda a few times on Thursdays. My buddy is becoming a pretty big DJ in Boston so a bunch of us use to follow him around where he was playing (clubs and after hours). I think I may try and get down to RI soon.

Any of you guys ever hit up "Rise"? It opens at 2am until 6am. I usually go to Pulse in RI at 6am on Sundays but it sucks having nothing to do from 2am till 6am.

I heard it is a members only club?

Yea Lincoln, Rise is members only. Also it is very gay-depnding what you are into. Somenights there are special dj'sthough and it is cool. Pulse is phat. Whealen dj's thereandis now the rresident at Avalon on Sat nights. krzysiu013, what is your post all about by the way?

The strand is alot better then the roxy i agree!! but this week my friend got bottled in the face 2 times because he was bigger then the kid who started with him it seemed!......jealous people i tell ya!!...also paradise in boston was nice too until they kicked out nailz!...lata

Rise is definitely members only and like jujube said you have to hit it on the right night because it seems to gather a gay crowd on some nights. What ever floats your boat, I guess. JuJube and Scanepchi, the Dj I am friends with is Dj Nailz, I know Scanepchi has heard of him and JuJube you asked. I would liek to hit Pulse up some time before the summer is up but we all now that it is tough to waist time before you head there. This Friday Paul Van Dyke is at Avalon, not too sure who is in to that but you need to get tickets ahead of time. I know, I know Friday nights is packed and can be a young crowd but Van Dyke is nuts.

I was at Avalon on Saturday night. Boy George spun=I personally thought it sucked .20$ reduced admission to listen to a terrible set. Anyways, Nailz is good, Venu is always fun on Thursdays. I heard him and Manolo might be taking over Roxy fridays?

I saw DJ Keoki at Pulse 2 Fridays ago and he rocked the place. The crowd was kinda young but well worth it.

If Rise is a gay club I am all set. (No offense to anyone, just not my thang...)

Is it me or has it rained almost ever SUnday nigh? Ruining WaterWorks.

Scanepchi, what up man, do you mean Jeremy Boys? I haven't been out too aften lately but really need to get out this weekend. I used to go around everywhere but kind of got sick of seeing the same people (if you know what I mean). What do you look like man, do you know any of Nailz's boys? Lincoln....ya water works has been hurtin lately (kind of sucks, used to be a good time). JuJube I heard Boy George sucked too, that blows. No final word on the Roxy Friday nights yet.

I am so sick of avalon right now-but if whealen is a sure thing for Sats than maybe I'll have to give it yet another chance. I wonder whats going to go down with Roxy on Fridays. I was at waterworks last night, not as busy as the rest of the summer-but, not many sundays left-better get out there boys and girls(especially girlz)
