would it be wiser to drive/walk further into mexico for a pharmacia rather than try to get gear at the border town. I was told that there are alot of fakes at popular tourist attractions

I have found that you have to know the specific pharm... before going down there, for if you don't know what's what, they will rip you off and give you fakes. I'm not an expert, but that's what I know.

GO TO A VET, NOT A PHARMACIA. You will come across a lot of fakes at any pharmacia, but not very many at the vets. The vets specialize at selling AS.
