I'm 10 days into my cycle and my question is: Are puffy nipples different than hard nips. My nipples (I love that word) have been hard since day 2 or 3. I have hard nipples. Does anybody have pic's of gyno? I want to see other nipples and get an idea of what gyno looks like. I don't know if I like having my high beams on all the time.

Seriously though I wouldn't stress about hard nipples. You can worry if they get puffy, ichy, sore or if you feel a lump. Those are symptoms of gyno. If you're still worried though you could take some nolva just in case...its better to prevent gyno than try to get rid of it.

i would have used arimidex starting at day one.

you can always get some babyoil and rub that on your nipples. It won't do a damn thing for gyno but it feels good!

On a serious note I would hit AG Guys and get some arimidex.
