I dont know if this is for the training board or not, but since most of us lift alot, does that make our bones themselves stronger. Like from all the weight Ive been curling, does that make my bones grow denser over time to be able to adapt to all the weight im forcing to it? Will my bones hold up more agaisnt stress than a person who doesnt lift?
I was reading how our New Gov. fell in a small hole and broke his leg. From what I hear the hole wasnt that deep so I was wondering if someone like many of the lifters here did it, would they suffer the same fate or would their strong bones help them??
