As a joke Bonds dressed up as Paula Abdul as part of a funny Americal Idol skit. If you check out the pictures, you don't need a book to tell you he's on the juice- its obvious. when I saw this in the paper, I thought is this the dumbest guy on the planet or what? he's under suspicion for juicing and he takes off his shirt on the field for the photographers to record his jacked appearence.

that pic will be splashed over and over as the discussion of the new book about him (excerpted in Sports Illustrated) heats up.

No he is pretty big look at the video if you can find it. Plus I'm sure he hasn't done a cycle in atleast 1 1/2 to 2 years with all that speculation.
