I switched from having scrambled egs or sunny side up egs to boiled egs..Kinda got tired of the regular cooking .
Question: Is any difference between cooking in terms of nutrients?

Boiling or poaching or frying would make a difference?

No difference nutritional wise, but I remember someone saying that scrambling oxidizes the cholesterol, making it worse for you, so boiled, fried, or sunnyside up is better in that respect.

boiling = poaching = microwaving (not with the shell)

don't fry your eggs (unless you're on a CKD)

No cholesterol in the whites and that's all I eat. I buy the little containers of whites in bulk. The only fat/cholesterol in these is what you add in cheese or other toppings. For me, it's scrambled whites, corn and black bean salsa, and parmesian every single day and I love it!
