bodyweight exercises

thanks, I am getting older and want to train without those nagging injuries. I got them from improper technique when I was younger and now when I train correctly it still bothers lower back and knees.

well i do squats, chins and dips, but with weights on my back and crotch

body weight exercises are functional to the real world. adding weight makes them better.

squats (wide stance, narrow stance, sissy squats)
lunge
push up (wide, close, feet on a box, clapping)
dips
chins (wide,close)
incline sit up

to answer ur question

here's a very good one to add to theoak's list: incline pushups. vary the incline angle by placing your feet on higher supports. great for building delts.
