Hey bro...if that is a legit pic of you that you post, you are in fantastic shape. could you give me some advice on abs? Besides a great diet, what else do you do. what have you found that is effective now that effedra is banned? My "source" can still get it...but it's pretty pricey. Any suggestions?
It's a legit pic of myself, and thank you, I appreciate the kind words bro. To be honest here bro,...almost nothing "legal" out there is anywhere near as effective as what now is deemed "illegal." Sad but true. At least, that's ...IMO. Seems like every time the supplement industry comes out with a product that even remotely works,... a few months to years later it is off the market. (Ex. Ephedra) All this ephedra "free" crap that they are promoting nowadays, they can have it all. It was the damn ephedra that made the product work in the first place! (laughs...) It is crap now. Even if I had most of these supplements for free, I probably wouldn't even take them since I know they are useless.
As far as any workout for abdominals, I do my abs 4 times a week. Every other day, and then I will choose a day in between for the last. I try to change my workout routine almost every workout with at least one new exercise, or a movement I have not done in a while. I keep in mind the basics, and still always have a basic movement always in my routine. (ie: crunches on bench/leglifts/decline crunches) My favorite of the moment is doing crunches on a decline bench with my knees up. It is somewhat rough to stay on the bench at times, but you can manage. I use a slight decline. I will usually do 3 different exercises, with 4 sets. Regardless of what movements I do, I always do "any" of my exercises (goes for everything) slow and controlled with a "negative" on the way down always. On abs, I try to incorperate some forced reps by going to exaustion, then taking a minute breather, then repping out as many more on a movement I still may have in me. This since it obviously awkward to get a spot w/ any ab movement. I feel this works well for me. Stretching helps a lot. I like twisting with the "stick" for about five to eight minutes after my exercises. I crunch my abs throughout most of the movement, and I feel this is a good shaper.
Now with the Ephedra, it is a good product and it sucks it is gone off the market now. Clenbuterol is a good substitute as well. Both you can still get I am sure, and are probably two products that aid well with any type of fat loss and/ or cutting to a degree. If you have access, I would try doing a stack w/ both compounds. You do not need much to see decent results.
Good Luck.
