dude that diet is such a PITA i was like fuck it after a few weeks. you are so depleted of carbs during the week you look flat and small (and people let you know)....then you feel bloated and fat on the weekend. and with the specific macronutrients you need to eat, its tough to even have fun on the binge out weekends. i think it sucks!
no more than 8 weeks in a row for me, i like the diet for cutting up(i cant see gaining any type of lean mass on it, even with gear),,, it doesnt really give you oppertunities cheat like BFL type diets
being weak in the gym and haveing sucky pumps prevents me from doing it all year, otherwise i would do it a majority of the year
