1. Approximately what BF percentage do most of you get up to in a bulking period.

2. What is the best way to drop body fat while maintaining muscle mass.

3. Since I am 20, I would like to hold off anabolics for a little while. I believe that my test levels are high enough w/out anabolics. But no matter what I do for my diet phase, I always drop too much muscle mass. Is there any anything i can take (Aside from glutamine) that will preserve my muscle mass? If there is an AAS that is good for doing this, then I would like to know.

1. Argh, I went from 7% to 14% in about 12weeks durring my first "bulking phase" don't know if that is typical.

2. For me: cosume a diet of mostly protein/fat and limited complex carbs (early in the morning only). Keep calories JUST below or near maintenance level. ALthough, total cal doesnt seem to matter for me, its just tough to eat 3,000 cal of beef each day...

3. Glutamine probably wont help. Yes, gear would help but that's overkill. Learn how your body reacts to different diets (specifically total cal and cal composition (fat, protein, carbs, etc)). For me I loose fat AND muscle like crazy on a low cal diet and loose fat and little muscle/strength on a moderate cal high protein/fat low carb diet. All this takes time, but your only 20 and if you figure it out by 23 you will be in better shape than I. It took me until 28 before I was willing to learn this stuff, 2yr later I had the best body of my life (no gear then either).
