First, i am
5"11
185lbs
14% bf
16.5 inch bis

How much body fat would you suggest I could loose before I started to loose muscle.

I have probably like 5 pounds to loose (on my stomach) before i have a shreaded 6 pack and i was wondering if i can loose that 5punds in my stomach without loosing muscle naturally without cutting agents.
 
In a perfect world you would drop below 10 percent.

But if you simply diet and do cardio, without maintaining your muscle growth, you will loose both muscle and fat almost equally.

First off there is no such thing as spot reducing. Second if your BF is at 14% you need to loose 4-6% BF to have abs, that's about 9 lbs of fat. Best thing to do is hit the Cardio Bro :qt:
 
Do 20 minutes cardio after your workouts,keep your diet clean, and you should drop a few without too much muscle loss. another option would be to do a cutter cycle :p
 
Go on a 250 deficit. Keep protein high and lift heavy! Make sure you get the proper post work-out nutrients. I'd recommend 50 grams of dextrose and 30 grams of whey.
