Hey there,
Ok I'm guessing I'm 17% bodyfat, I'm 195lbs, 5'8'' so I have about 33 lbs of fat on me. I want to cut soon, not for a show, just to get down to a reasonable % before bulking again, so when the show time DOES come, I don't have to stress about it. I don't do any cardio right now, so I'm basically going to keep the same diet, just doing cardio on my off days. I workout every other day, so that means I'll be doing morning cardio everyother day. What % should I get to before starting to bulk again? And if you want you can suggest how much protein/carbs/fat when I start to bulk again, and what I should get when I cut.
Currently I'm drinking milk LIKE MAD, sometimes over 3 litres a day, tons of oats, and whey. I take all my vitamins, hardly eat any veggies, I eat some fruit, some salmon. Ok so just tell me what's up if you want, thanks.
 
You are talking about percentage, not percentile. It isn't the same thing. Just so you know.

i stopped bulking/cutting...jus maintaining what I got...got abs and decent muscle mass...at 6'1'' and 212 lb...
 
well do you want to full out cutt?

or clean up your diet, stop drinking milk, ect... and lean out while possibly gaining some LBM over time?

What do you think I should do? I'm planning on competeing in the near future(year+) and I want to be as big as possible then. How much weight should I lose?

Well you really should get a caliper test 7+ site done then.

That way you can track your pinch mm's and see how much fat and water you've got in certain places, ect.

You should pm's some bors that compete.
 
eat every 2-3 hrs do cardio 4 times a week at 45 mins. eat alot of clean food every 2-3hrs cut carbs before bed. Dont eat anything before your cardio but 1 scoop of whey in water. Do jump roping, speed bag,push ups,exercise bike,running,something exciting for cardio dont just do the exercise bike or elliptical.

no carbs before bed is actually a myth

depends on what one's goal is.

Personally i try to aviod carbs late night... cutting or bulking.

they keep my brain awake and i can't sleep... and no sleep = shitty mood = shitty growth.

fair enough.

some people say no carbs before bed cause it causes the carbs to not be used up and go to fat storage, but that for the most part, is myth---thats what i was refering to
