Ok I'm guessing I'm 17% bodyfat, I'm 195lbs, 5'8'' so I have about 33 lbs of fat on me. I want to cut soon, not for a show, just to get down to a reasonable % before bulking again, so when the show time DOES come, I don't have to stress about it. I don't do any cardio right now, so I'm basically going to keep the same diet, just doing cardio on my off days. I workout every other day, so that means I'll be doing morning cardio everyother day. What % should I get to before starting to bulk again? And if you want you can suggest how much protein/carbs/fat when I start to bulk again, and what I should get when I cut.
Currently I'm drinking milk LIKE MAD, sometimes over 3 litres a day, tons of oats, and whey. I take all my vitamins, hardly eat any veggies, I eat some fruit, some salmon. Ok so just tell me what's up if you want, thanks.
