it's REALLY easy to lose some fat if you're above 18%

just some wind sprints a couple times a week at a high intensity will do it, coupled with eating clean, of course

i'm down to 18%. havent used calipers but i've taken into account a little loss of LBM and then the 20 pounds i lost since last winter, and i got 18%

i gain strength faster now and i can get more work done in my workouts and throughout the week

i plan on cutting down more using the same method, but plan on staying in the same weight class. so hopefully i'll gain some lean stuff and lose some crap

It's always a good feeling when body fat is on it's way down. I'm doing this bulking thing now and it's going to take some getting used to. Keep it up.

try this out jeremy, ive read alot of your posts and it seems to be a pain in the ass to drop fat...

think about it this way if you take away 200 carbs in a day thats almost the equivalant of 8 miles of running.

but the thing is most people screw up because they diet for too many days in a row my friend. just cut out (carbs and fat) for 2 days. such as 100 grams of carbs and 50 fats. 2 days is the max anyone should diet. and on every third day pig out on healthy carbs. and then repeat.

give it a shot. i garantee it will work

i maintain 4 percent year round with this approach. i basically low calorie for 2 days then on the third day i pig out at the buffet with tons of protiens and carbs

i agree that carbing-up weekly or bi-weekly can be very useful on SOME diets, but what i'm doing just fine works perfectly with my goals in strength. if i diet too hard, i cant gain or i lose strength.

and i find it very doubtful that you maintain 4% year round. that's pro BB level, and that's only safe to maintain for like 2 weeks

i stay at competition level cutness year round. ive maintained this for only 1 year so far. sometimes i dip even lower sometimes i go as high as 5 or 6.

i think carbing up weekly is too long to go withought carbs. carb up every 3rd day and youll be fine. good luck my man

May I ask your stats? Height? Weight? I've only met one person in my lifetime that stays very near competition level year round. He's muscular as hell too, and doesn't diet. Freak!

im sorry i dont have anything to prove, he can take my word or not.

The question wasn't asked for you to prove something. Fair enough though. No need for an answer.
