Another question in 2 months i've put on
25lbs naturally....eating everything in sight and drinking 350 calorie meal,
replacement drinks as well as taking muscle milk.
I've heard alot of folks say if your going to use gear,keep the bodyfat low.
Now the extra weight has been distributing itself very well and in good proportions.
I have a small gut nothing too crazy...should i diet prior to cycle or just go for it,
considering aromatising issues ....opinions??

25 lbs in 8 weeks naturally? no doubt you went a little overboard? how much of that do you think is muscle? not being a dick but i would try to get the BF under control first before running a cycle!!

I agree. thats a lot of lbs gain in such a short time naturally. If it was me, I would try and get the bf% sorted first. If nothing else to see how well you're progressing when on.
 
not sure what the bf percentage is ...i can grab a handful-o-gut with each hand.

based on my metabolism..i could be relatively tight within a week with diet .

As i said it has distributed itself well,i've been doing basic heavy movements
like squats and deadlifts and keeping it simple. the body is lean except for the
abdomen area.
 
two handfuls...unless you have midget hands, you really need to diet. I'd say your at least >15%.

I wouldn't start a cycle until I'm under 10%...unless its a cutting cycle.

you put on 25 lbs naturally in 2 months, you can grab two handfuls of fat, however you can be relatively tight within a week?

Man i wish i had your gifts. Thats quite an amazement!
 
It depends on your goals. You could run a cutter thereby saving any muscle you have gained in the last 2 months and shedding that gut. I would personally keep training, let your body adjust to its new body weight, try to gain some more muscle and then get the bf down before starting any cycle.

As i said i've been eating like a machine...here's the deal march1st a
very lean (too lean) 160lbs....as of about 5 minutes ago on the scale,
189 lbs...so actually it a little more than 25...I'm sure some of it is water.

Geek2freak seemed to be amazed...the truth is i've got a catobolic metabolism
i can shed weight very quick....putting it on is a different story...it's been an
expensive and tough couple months...but i'm on a serious mission here.
I really don't like to eat this much,but have forced myself to eat about 4000-4500
calories a day for 8 weeks..I'm looking to get to 210-215 and then start cutting.
maybe a ripped 195-200 is where i'd like to be.
 
Most aromatization of Testosterone takes place in adipose tissue.

So yeah... the higher your bodyfat, the greater your risk is for gyno and other Estrogen related sides.
 
I ran a 6weeker of sus 250 10yrs ago,walked away with 15lbs.
I also walked away with puffy nipples,I've shown numerous people
and all agree myself included it's not gyno.I most definetely did
gain some puffiness around the nipples ...at a glance the chest,
looks normal but...say i do like the standard crab pose the nipples
protrude slightly outward.I'm not and never have been chubby so it's
not the fatty issue...always extremeely lean..............anyone else experience these symptoms?....anyhow I must be gyno prone
or the fact that i used no pct...the estrogen left me a small treat.
The condition is really quite minimal,but i would really like to avoid any gyno problems in the future..or to worsen this.

My next cycle is sust250 @500 a week for 8 weeks.

how much nolvadex should be used for this cycle

I will also be using hcg ,As i said my first cycle i used no pct or anti-e's
so i really want to do this correctly and keep gains and not get gyno

I've done tons of reading and reasearch on these topics..just looking for
experience and insight on this specific cycle.
I did have complete test shutoff and very noticable shrinkage on first cycle,
and i'm sure the estrogen was running wild. suggestions on anti-e's
and pct dosages's greatly appreciated. Theoretically i shouldn't need much
hcg,but should have plenty of anti-e's based on personal experience.
opinions welcome ........this is part of the reason i created this post..opinions?????????? bring-em please...save your flames..don't tell me to read
i've already done all that...so if you have good info bring it...if not move on
 
during cycle suggestions..pct suggestions...for a relatively light test cycle.
for someone who may be gyno sensitive...read all the onsight pct info...still not quite sure
suggestions....????

everybody's super helpful and freely offers good advice ...thanks fellas
