BODYFAT DILEMMA FOR VETS & MODS
I was bodyfat tested at my gym today and the results came out that a had a bodyfat percentage of %26.5 !!!!
I was SHOCKED because I don't look that fat at all, ( I look rather muscular) but I have a bit of a belly(perhaps roid gut) that I can pull about an inch of fat, but when I tense, my abs still show. How can I be this fat.
BTW I have never done cardio before, because I wanted to bulk up as much as I could before.
Please read my cycle history and then make your comments & tell me what I have been doing wrong:
To get to the point, I trained for about a year and a half before I juiced. I have done 3 cycles so far
Before I juiced I was about 156lbs.
My 1st cycle consisted of 200mg Deca for 10 weeks
My 2nd cycle was Deca at 200mg & Sustanon at 250mg for 8 weeks
My 3rd cycle consisted of
Week 1-4 25mg Dianabol
Week 1-8 200mg deca
Week 1-6 500mg Sustanon
week 6-8 250mg Sustanon
And yes I have always used clomid at the end of my cycles.
My stats now are age 23 5ft 11' 198lbs
During my 3rd cycle my bodyweight went up to 211lbs, but now 2 weeks after ive finished my cycle I am back to 198lbs
My next cycle will be:
