Bodybuilding on MTV

what i'm trying to figure out is what kind of show he was in? was it a national qualifier? no way that he looked pro quality, look at some of the top guys that don't have their pro card, matt duvall, and dave palumbo they blow him off the stage.

He's a little over the top for me. I admire his dedication, but he basically has no life and lives with his parents at 25 years old? Sorry...thats a sign of an assclown to me

He looked to be between 5-6%, and I think his weight was around 180 or so. Did they ever say how tall he was. He had good build but not pro material. Then again he is only 25 years old. He still had not gotten muscle maturity. If he was all natural he looked damm good. But him on some gear and you can add 20 pounds at the same BF. His dedication is great and it inspires all of us who are looking to really do it. I am getting ready for my first show in a few months. Looking to compete light heavy 198. I am currently 212 at 5.5% . Would love to be on stage 3.5-4%

Good luck bro. And, he wasn't natural. I've already said this, but, he was eating 1200 calories. Do you think he would have maintained ANY muscle on that diet? And from what I was seeing, a lot of it was vedgetables, I bet he wasn't eating more than 150g protein/day.
